At SR Dental Zone, every treatment is guided by precision, personalized planning, advanced digital workflows, and a commitment to refined patient care. Our clinical and administrative policies are designed to ensure transparency, mutual understanding, and the highest standards of professional care throughout every stage of treatment.
Consultation & Diagnostic Appointments:
Professional consultation appointments, clinical evaluations, radiographic investigations, CBCT imaging, digital scans, photographic analysis, and diagnostic procedures are integral components of comprehensive treatment planning.
As these appointments involve dedicated clinical time, professional expertise, diagnostic interpretation, and personalized treatment assessment, consultation and diagnostic fees are non-refundable.
Personalized Treatment Planning:
Many restorative, implant, esthetic, and rehabilitation procedures at SR Dental Zone involve customized laboratory fabrication, digital smile planning, guided workflows, individualized prosthetic design, and advance clinical preparation.
For this reason, treatment reservations, laboratory expenses, digital workflow planning, and customized restorative procedures may involve non-recoverable clinical and administrative costs once initiated.
Appointment Scheduling & Treatment Reservations:
To ensure dedicated clinical time and personalized care for every patient, certain advanced procedures may require advance scheduling deposits or treatment reservations.
Deposits are generally refundable when appointment changes or cancellations are communicated at least 7 business days in advance.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, or scheduling changes without adequate notice may result in partial or complete adjustment of the reservation amount due to pre-allocated clinical time, laboratory coordination, and treatment preparation.
Treatment Discontinuation:
If a patient elects to discontinue an ongoing treatment plan after initiation, financial adjustments may be considered based on:
• Completed stages of treatment
• Clinical time utilized
• Laboratory and material expenses incurred
• Customized restorations or digital planning already performed
• Non-recoverable administrative or clinical costs
Any applicable balance adjustments shall be reviewed with fairness, transparency, and clinical documentation.
Clinical Outcome & Treatment Review
SR Dental Zone is committed to achieving exceptional functional, esthetic, and clinical outcomes through evidence-based dentistry and precision-guided treatment planning.
As biological healing responses, patient compliance, oral hygiene practices, anatomical limitations, and long-term maintenance factors may influence treatment outcomes, clinical results can vary between individuals.
Should a patient have concerns regarding any aspect of treatment, our team encourages open communication and personalized review. Each concern is carefully evaluated through clinical assessment, treatment records, diagnostic findings, and professional review to determine the most appropriate resolution pathway.
Changes to Treatment Plans
In certain situations, clinical findings or diagnostic evaluations may necessitate modifications to the originally proposed treatment plan in order to achieve optimal long-term stability, function, or esthetic outcomes.
Patients will always be informed regarding:
• Clinical recommendations
• Revised treatment considerations
• Associated financial adjustments
• Alternative treatment options where applicable before proceeding further.
Medical Limitations & Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event a patient develops a medical condition or unforeseen health circumstance that prevents continuation of treatment, requests for financial adjustments may be reviewed upon submission of appropriate medical documentation.
Refund Review Process
Requests regarding financial adjustments or treatment-related concerns must be submitted in writing to the SR Dental Zone administrative team.
The request should include:
• Patient name
• Contact information
• Date of treatment
• Nature of concern
• Relevant supporting documentation, where applicable
All requests are reviewed carefully by the SR Dental Zone management and clinical team within 7 business days of receipt.
Where applicable, approved financial adjustments will be processed through the original payment method within 30 business days following review approval.
Patient Relationship & Dispute Resolution
SR Dental Zone values long-term patient relationships built upon trust, communication, professionalism, and ethical care.
In the event of any concern, misunderstanding, or treatment-related query, patients are encouraged to communicate directly with our administrative or clinical management team so that concerns may be addressed respectfully, professionally, and amicably.
